Setting Up Your Payment Profile

Step-by-step guidance to connect your checking account and creditors.

You’ll complete your setup at https://myepsinc.com/. Follow the steps below using the credentials provided during enrollment or sent by your advisor.

What You’ll Need Before Starting:

  • Your 12-Digit Authorization Code (provided by your agent).

  • A chosen Username & Password (at least 8 characters, with 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number).

  • Your dedicated Checking Account & Routing Number for the debt payments.

  • Recent statements for all debts included in your plan.

The 6-Step Setup Process:

  • - Step 1: Create Username & Password: Click "Start your setup now" on the EPS home page and enter your 12-digit authorization code. You'll find this on the setup guide that was emailed to you.

  • Step 2: Verify Personal Details: Confirm your contact info. You can enter your Social Security Number here for banking compliance or choose to provide it directly to your coordinator over the phone.

  • Step 3: Instructions & Credential Sync: Review the instructions. If your creditor allows online logins, you can link it directly so balances and rates sync automatically on a weekly basis!

  • Step 4: Add Your Bank Account: Enter the routing and account number for the dedicated checking account you will be using to fund your debt payments.

  • Step 5: Verify & Complete Debts: Review the list of your obligations. Click Update next to each debt showing red ("Incomplete") to enter the remit payment address and verify terms until it turns green ("Complete").
    - Note on Credit Card Enrollment Fees: If you paid your enrollment fee via credit card, you will see two entries for that card. Update the one showing the new balance with the payment address. The original balance entry will remain as a non-paying "Place holder debt" so our algorithm accurately calculates your lifetime savings!

  • - Step 6: Review & Finalize: Review your summary tabs, check the verification box, and click Finalize.

(Note: If you make an error or need to adjust numbers after clicking Finalize, don't worry—simply inform your Account Coordinator during your call and they will adjust it for you.)
